"For over 22 years, STAR has relentlessly pursued client excellence. We've navigated obstacles and faced challenges with grit and intregrity. Nothing has dampened our teams' spirits.

We've trail blazed a path of client excellence and we've been unified in our achievements and determination.

Our story is now moving on. We're building on the strong framework we've established. Nobody will be "Defending the Design Clearance," or the client, like STAR and STAR FIELD FIT™.

With this focus and armed with the STAR ACU FIT™ process, we'll be well-equipped to better serve our clients. The future will be even brighter as we take the STAR experience further into Coal Generation, Nuclear, Biomass, Waste To Energy, Gas, Solar, and Hydro markets.

I could not be more proud or more grateful for all of you. There is no greater gift than the amazing compliments and references we humbly receive from our clients.

From the depths of my soul, it's because of you, our employees and our clients, that we succeed.

Thank you everyone,

Tammy Flaherty

President/Owner

As the only independent shop to make and fit turbine seals, STAR understands and addresses turbine distortion better than anyone else in the industry. STAR is not just in the business of making turbine seals; they're creating turbine efficiency. Family owned and operated, STAR has always been a renegade shop. They'll do whatever it takes to get a turbine up-and-running at top performance levels.

The STAR team is passionate about the company's mission to master distortion. The team understands how important their role is in upgrading turbine efficiencies. Every STAR part is micro-customized to compensate for turbine distortion. Seals are cut from a single block of high quality OEM metal and passed from hand-to-hand among a talented team of machinists and field specialists. The STAR team crafts each part to defend the design clearance.
